Jon Minus Nine?

The season premiere of TLC's Jon and Kate Plus Eight was last night. Not that I watched very much of the this reality show before the pending scandal of Jon's alleged cheating and Kate's fame driven tyranny, but what seemed to be a light-hearten family dra-medy has taken a turn for the awkward. Jon officially qualifies for creeper status after his behavior at his children's 5th birthday party. He pouted more than the sextuplets, after Kate takes away their candy!

While it does appear to me that Jon is going through a mid-life crisis, there are nay sayers out there that feel this scandal is a little too conveniently coincides with Kate's book release and the new season of the show. Perhaps, but until we know for sure if this clan can act more like a family then a business operation here are a few tips to aid Jon's likability on the job...

H1N-Fun!

Several weeks ago I quit my semi-lucrative part-time job citing irreconcilable differences with management. For the record, I don't think it was as much my fault as other people do; on the other hand at least I could afford my DVR. Just as my stay-cation had gotten underway, my roommate suggested a weekend getaway to Mexico. With my recent increase in free time this seemed like the only logical conclusion.

Packed and ready to go, United Airlines promptly canceled all their flights south of the boarder in classic FML fashion. Despite, the valent efforts and impressive originality of pig flu it is not the subject of the weekly rant. No, that title belongs to the CDC and their abiility to turn a mountain into a molehill, or in this case a flu into the black plague, only to retracted the epidemic status the next week. Oops.
